MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

We are sorry to see you go but understand cancellations happen. Please fill out the forms below for your respective training location for an official cancellation of your membership.

REFUND NOTICE: As per your contract with Ludus Ferocia, cancellations take effect within 30 days respective to the monthly billing cycle. NO refunds will be given for billing cycles occurring within those 30 days. Thank you for understanding.
