The art of medieval wrestling is known as Ringen and was used in conjunction with the medieval dagger. The dagger being taught in this one-day seminar is the Rondel Dagger, a weapon designed for piercing through layers of cloth and armor. Together, these two martial arts were formidable in taking down armored and unarmored foes during the Medieval time period.
